When we were looking for a completely new approach to training frontline supervisors in communication and supervisory skills we interviewed Lenny.
During our interview, he was the only trainer who asked us more questions than we asked of him. By the end of the interview, were were handed a training curriculum that not only matched our expectations, but exceeded them in the classroom.
Many trainers market a pre-packaged product. Lenny creates curriculum to meet the organization’s goals. Employees leave training classes with skills to help them excel which ultimately results in the organization’s success.
Lenny helped create and deliver a number of our training classes including supervisory, communication, meeting facilitation and presentation skills. In addition, he has facilitated meetings with frontline employees to executive staff. These sessions were opportunities to identify concerns, solve problems, develop action plans and follow-through.
Lenny’s decades-long experience using tried and true techniques along with his engaging and interactive style make him a master at his craft.
To this day, it is not uncommon for employees to say they are using the skills they learned in “Lenny’s class.” This is the best testament to Lenny’s skill.
